Welcome to my ERA Sunrise Realty website.  I specialize in commercial, residential, mixed use, and master planned developments.  The fact that I am a Cherokee County native and current resident proves invaluable to my experience.  In addition, as a former Director of Development for a large tract builder and land development manager for John Wieland Homes, I have a unique perspective in which I can understand the buyer and seller’s point of view.  Furthermore, over fifteen years experience in land development and civil engineering allows me to offer a refreshing new approach to market your property.   Let my experience, knowledge and passion work for you!
